Progress of Vocational Integration

Project goal

To increase the professional activation of 60 people (45 women, 15 men) who are third-country nationals by defining their career development path, strengthening soft skills, recognizing / upgrading / acquiring new skills and qualifications, gaining professional experience, providing language support and adaptation. As a result, at least 48 participants will gain qualifications after completing the program, and 25 participants will take up employment after completing it, in the period from January 2025 to April 2026.

Travel cost reimbursement for participants living outside the city where the classes are held.

• Third-country nationals, including migrants and their families – legally residing in Poland
• Living in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship

Scope of support

• Individual diagnosis of participants’ needs (60 participants × 4h)
• Psychological support (60 participants × 6h)
• Workshops on navigating the Polish labour market (50 participants × 24h) in groups
• Polish language course for foreigners (18 participants × 30h)
• Green transformation (24 participants × 16h)
• Vocational training for migrants (60 participants × 100h)
• Job placement services (60 participants × 8h)
• Internships (20 participants × 3 months)
